Top 10 Problems with AOL:
1. Slow signing on. It can take up to four minutes sometimes, while with MSN for example it only takes half that time.
2. AOL forever kicks you off, for no reason at all. It's like they do it on purpose.
3. Many people get error messages that say you have done something illegal. All you did was click the icon for AOL on your desktop, and the message appears and won't even let you sign on. AOL technicians, whom seem to be so nice but are clueless at times will always blame your computer and say your computer is more than 5 years old and about to die.
4. Their task bar looks tacky.
5. You cannot read your mail offline.
6. Most computers freeze at least twice a day while on AOL.
7. AOL has a man's voice say, "Welcome." MSN has a very nice lady's voice that says, "Good morning, Samuel," or "Good afternoon, Samuel," or "Good evening, Samuel." It is a nice voice and it makes you really feel welcome. When you sign off AOL, you hear, "Goodbye." MSN says, with the same woman's voice, "Goodbye, Samuel." Parting is such sweet sorrow with MSN after hearing that voice.

9. The banners and the links are unbelievable on AOL.
10. MSN cost $21.95 while AOL raised prices to $23.90 for a service that kicks you off every 2 seconds.
